🌟 A Day of Fun, Learning, and Growth! 🌟
At For the Culture Co-op, our journey of growth and exploration continues, and our recent visit to Legoland Discovery Center was an absolute blast! 🎢 With 30 enthusiastic children and 25 amazing adults in tow, it was a day filled with creativity, learning, and making new friends. Our co-op has flourished over the past year, and it's been incredibly rewarding to welcome homeschooling families seeking a diverse and inclusive educational space.
The adventure kicked off with a merry-go-round workshop that not only tested our students' engineering skills but also brought out their inner LEGO architects. 🎡 Armed with LEGO bricks, they embarked on a mission to build their very own LEGO merry-go-round. The challenge? Experiment with gear ratios to discover the magical combination that would make their ride spin faster than the wind. It was great to watch our young engineers dive into the world of gear ratios, design, and mathematics, all while having a blast. As they tinkered and experimented, they learned valuable lessons about physics and mechanics.
